At Moneta Music Label, we value our customers and strive to provide the best quality music, apparel, and experiences. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Music Downloads

All digital music downloads are final sale. Once a purchase is completed and the files are delivered, no refunds or exchanges will be provided.

2. Exclusive Events

All ticket sales for Moneta Music Label events are non-refundable.
Refunds will only be issued in the event that the company cancels the scheduled event.
No partial refunds or credits will be given for rescheduled or postponed events unless the customer cannot attend the new date and requests a refund in writing within 14 days of the reschedule announcement.

3. Moneta Apparel

We accept returns and issue refunds for apparel items within 30 days of the purchase date under the following conditions:

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition (including tags and packaging).
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
No partial refunds will be processed on any order.
